Take me home

I was walking

On the ocean floor

And I wandered till I

Came upon a door

And I wondered

What could be inside

What could be inside just waiting for me

What could be inside would I like to see

What could be inside

So I opened the door

And I looked inside

In that lonely room

On the ocean floor

Was a little boy

Who cried

Won’t you take me home  x8

I picked him up

And held him tight

We swam ashore

And into the night

Now hand in hand

We walked on the beach

We walked on the beach just him and me

We walked on the beach close as could be

We walked on the beach

We sat on the sand

Under moonlit sky

The little boy, he cried

And I wondered why

He looked at me

And said

Won’t you take me home  x8
